Adjacent to federation square & St Paul's Cathedral. A kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals. It was definitely 4 stars for us. Take a look at Southbank neighborhood, its worth it.

Location was great, 9 miles to Essendon Fields airport, perfectly reachable. Within a walking distance of block arcade and other tourist spots. Everything met needs well😃😀

It was an excellent, very large, magnificently positioned one bedroom apartment with everything you could need. Excellent view if you get the larger one bedroom apartment.
My a/c broke in 39 degree weather and while they gave me keys so I could swap myself to another room (they didn't offer to help me move my things), the second room was much smaller and not cleaned properly. Also I had to leave a family lunch early so I could meet their requirements of getting the room key off their housecleaning staff before they left for the day as I didnt want to go all the way to their Swanston St office again to pick up keys as I had no car for transport! I actually thought that was rude and not great customer service. The rooms are cleaned well, but not spectacularly which is what I expect personally.

The hotel is very centralised, close to all amenities I needed access to.
The noise from the person staying in the apartment above was quite alarming, they were either heavy footed or the stairs do not have sufficient soundproofing. It was like a herd of elephants going up and down. Apart from that, the room was pleasant.

Comfy enough close to all services
Didnt mention in the room description that the room was split level

Location!!!
The website said my apartment have a private balcony, as did my email confirmation, upon arrival, there was no balcony. I paid extra money to stay at plum for the very reason to have a balcony!, was not happy. There was no can opener in the kitchen. There was a shrivelled up French fry on the floor and all the batteries for the tv remotes were dead!! The room we got was nothing like what was advertised on the multiply websites I looked at!! In all, I was very disappointed.

Location is fantastic, very central and easy to get around town. We had a split level apartment which was great.

I could not fault the Collins St stay. Well appointed, clean and quality inclusions. The only negative is the keys to the apartment must be obtained from another office which involves ringing a person to come to the front desk after hours and having to have a cab wait and then take you on a $10/15 trip to the apartment at Collins St. This is not something thats overly great when coming from the airport at 10.30 at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. A simple night safe on site to leave keys and directions and pre-arranged payment/card security with an access code provided before trip would solve the problem of access!

Location was excellent. Lounge/ Kitchen area were ok in size.
Very thin walls, heard neighbours every movements all the time. Bathroom area smelt stale. Shower floor was uneven and water would not drain away. Every time we showered we stepped into a puddle of water from shower before. Old mono TV in lounge area. Lounge floor was unsafe as it was loose and tiles were lifting in the kitchen area. No rails on stairs which is a problem for people with knee pain. This does not reflect on Booked.net It is an excellent site and gives great info. Some places look great when looking on the site but are disappointing when seen in person.

The location is great
No reception, the apartments do not offer parking and are therefore receptive to travellers without their own transport. It appears stupid that one has to go out of the city through blocked off streets to Carlton to get a key

The apartments are very central for shopping, eating out and very close to transport, trains etc.
The rooms are serviced daily but not to a good standard.
